Check Your Sound

The online courses contain narrative audio that you may listen to while watching demonstrations, or performing the interactive topics. When you log-in to the Professional Development Management System, you can test your system audio.

When you click Test Audio on the welcome screen, you should hear a sample audio file playing.

If you don't hear sound playing, first ensure that your system supports audio. If your system supports audio, check the system audio settings on the lower right of your screen.

	Click the speaker icon, then turn up the volume until you hear an audible 'ding'.
	If the speaker icon has a red circle and line through it, then it is muted. No sound setting will be audible. To disable the Mute setting, uncheck the box next to Mute.
